All the telecom companies of
India are happy themselves by claiming the speed of internet on their network,
but the truth is that India has lagged behind Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in
terms of mobile internet speed. The internet speed of Indian telecom companies
has been revealed by Ookla in its new report.
September 2019 figures are

Ookla has released the
September 2019 data on the speed of mobile internet in all countries, in which
India has been ranked at number 128 below Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Nepal.
Internationally, the average download speed of Indian mobile Internet was
29.5 Mbps, while the upload speed was estimated at 11.34 Mbps.
According to the
data released by Ookla, South Korea ranks first with a download speed of
95.11 Mbps, while the uploading speed here is 17.55 Mbps. However, India's position
in terms of fixed line broadband speed has improved.
India's average download
speed of 11.18 Mbps
According to Okla's
September month report, the average speed for download in India was 11.18 Mbps,
while the uploading speed was recorded at 4.38 Mbps. The average download speed
of mobile internet in Sri Lanka is 22.53 Mbps and upload speed is 10.59 Mbps.
Pakistan is 112 in this case. The average downloading speed of mobile internet
in Pakistan was 14.38 Mbps and upload speed was 10.32 Mbps.
