According to the report published on Gadgets 360, since January 1, 2020, WhatsApp services will be discontinued on all Windows smartphones. Since December 31, 2019, not only WhatsApp will stop updating on those phones, but the WhatsApp messaging app will be completely stuck.

Microsoft has recently stopped supporting Windows operating system gadgets. This time it's the same way that all of Windows's Smartphone messaging services are stopped. It's been reported that WhatsApp will give their last software updates on Windows smartphones in June.

But not only in Windows operating system based smartphones but also on older versions of Android, WhatsApp service will not match. It's been reported that from February 1, 2020, Whatsapp will not work on Android version v2.3.7 or older.
