The user told the screen shot on Twitter that during the ticket booking, objectionable and obscene advertisements are being shown repeatedly. IRCTC app user Anand Kumar tweeted on the official account of IRCTC Tagging the railway minister Piyush Goyal, he also showed offensive advertisement.

Anand Kumar, while tagging Piyush Goyal, wrote that he is constantly looking at the aggressive advertisement on IRCTC's app. The user wrote that these ads appear again and again. Anand has asked the Railways to take steps in this regard. After this, the user has also responded to the tweet on behalf of IRCTC. Tweeting @Railwayseva, an official wrote, "IRCTC uses Google Ad Serving Tool ADX for Advertising." These ads use cookies to target users.

Advertisements are shown on the basis of user's browsing history
It has been said from the railway that all advertisements are shown on the basis of the user's browsing history. The official advised the complainant, Anand Kumar, to clean and remove cookies history to avoid such advertisements. After this, tweets made by Anand Kumar are being very viral.

Users are very much appreciated by IRCTC for replaying on Twitter and troll Anand Kumar. Anand Kumar's tweet has so far attracted more than 2,700 people and more than 900 people have re-tweeted.
