Microsoft warns to protect old computer from risk of WannaCry Ransomware Malware

Be careful if the old version of the Windows operating system is still in your computer or laptop. Microsoft has asked its users to update the earlier versions of the Windows operating system. Microsoft says that to protect the data saved in the computer it is important that you update the operating system. Actually Windows XP and Server-2003 are already out-of-the-way. Microsoft's support for Windows 7 will be eliminated from next year.

Data can be harmed
The company told this through a blog that using the old operating system could harm the virus and data in the future by the way, WannaCry Ransomware Malware has been seen worldwide in the year 2017. The company has adopted this method of security so that any cyber-crime person cannot generate any harm to the data or system by generating a virus and the window operating system is working properly.

Update windows soon
Reiterating the need to update windows by writing a blog, the company said that whether NLA (Network Level Authentication) is applicable, but do the window updates as soon as possible. However, the company made it clear that Windows 8 and Windows 10 will not have problems. Support for Microsoft XP and Windows-2003 operating systems has stopped, though people are still using it in large numbers.

Microsoft said that people using older Windows should update in Windows 10. The company also said that the old Windows operating system could harm the bug. Microsoft has not stated any specific risks, but said that the old desktop and the old Windows may be attacked in the coming days. According to an estimate, about 3-4 percent of PCs use older Windows operating systems.
