IBM will go to prepare 10 million students for future

IBM CEO Ginni Rometty said that jobs are undergoing change in the days to come. Therefore training is necessary from now on.

IBM, a technology company company, said on Monday that during the next three years, she will co-ordinate with the central and state governments to train about one million girls in the field of science technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). You need more women in the workforce. We are going to prepare two lakh girls from 8th to 12th for STEM during the next three years.

She said that this program is not meant for conducting technical training sessions but for serious thinking ideas, life skills and other things. The company official said that during the next three years, the company will co-ordinate with seven state governments to train two lakh girls and women in the government schools. They will be prepared for new kind of employment. They will be conducting disciplinary studies in classrooms or online science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
